IMAGINATION STATION

HONOR YOUR FEELINGS FESTIVAL

"Honor Your Feelings" Fest is a  festival presented by Asian Mental Health Project and LA County Department of Mental Health. Taking place during the month of May as a celebration of both AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness month, HYF Fest aims to deepen the conversation about mental health in the Pan-Asian community by featuring panel discussions, movement workshops, live music, a community marketplace, wellness workshops, and more.

Faith-Ann’s Imagination Station installation included her custom chiffon flags, origami cranes, and meditation chimes. Throughout the day, attendees were asked to make a wish for the future, write it on Tanzaku paper and add it to the installation to spread it far and wide. Attendees were also encouraged to hang out in the area, on the plush bean bag chairs, and relax, replenish, and reflect.
